Personalised retreats for individuals, family members or friends are particularly popular in these times. Because these are unusual circumstances we are offering three night/two day stays in an ensuite cabin with daily private yoga, and vegan or vegetarian breakfast and evening meal from £450.
Whether you want to focus on yoga, relaxation or wellness, food or fitness, or we can help. Just talk to us about the style of break you need and what you are looking for. And if you are not sure we can chat it through.
Perhaps you are not sure? Spending time at Valley View is about connection. Connection with natural world, connection with what you really need and with your true self. So if you change your mind half way through your stay we’ll help you if we can.
The true meaning of yoga
So if you want to be organised we can offer guided walks, workshops, cooking sessions, and flow yoga. But you may actually find yourself drawn to therapies, relaxation and mindful sessions and more restorative styles of yoga or meditation.
If it is something you are interested in, we’d love to help you explore the true meaning of yoga. And that doesn’t have to involve touching your toes at all.
