Yoga for Beginners (Day event) 3 April 2022

We live in a fast moving world where stress is hard to avoid, yet it is pretty universally accepted that stress is not good for us. If you are looking for a way to minimise stress in mind and body you may have heard yoga might do just that. Yoga is not really about touching your toes at all. It is a transformative practice that nurtures mind body and soul. And it is open to everyone.
Join us for a day to learn more about how yoga might help you. Connect body and breath, do some mindful movement, learn some simple postures and most importantly, relax and recharge.
If you are already practicing yoga you can still enjoy this day as an opportunity to add a new dimension to your practice.
We will provide a nutritious soup and salad lunch and snacks.
The maximum number of participants will be eight so you will be assured of individual help and attention.
