Cancellation policy

 

We look forward to receiving your booking.  Because of the uncertainty surrounding group events and the small numbers on our retreats we are currently only taking telephone booking.

Cancellation terms

Please take time to read our cancellation terms prior to confirming and making payment.

  • Please contact us by phone on 07962505906 or email Lorraine@yogandspice.com to make a booking and we can take a deposit payment.  If you are booking for an event that is 6 weeks or more in advance we ask for a £150 deposit per person.  If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we ask for full payment.  All balance payments are due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Bookings cancelled prior to 6 weeks before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit less a £30 admin fee per person.
  • Bookings cancelled within  6 weeks from the date of arrival are not eligible for a refund.  The package will be re-listed for sale and, if successfully sold, you will receive a proportional refund up to 100% of the original price but again minus a £30 admin. fee per person.
  • If Yogandspice has to cancel your booking or event every effort will be made to provide an alternative but if this is not possible a full refund will be given.
