- Full payment is required at time of booking when booking online using the ‘tickets’.
- Alternatively please contact us by phone on 07962505906 or email Lorraine@yogandspice.com to make a booking and we can take a deposit payment. If you are booking for an event that is 6 weeks or more in advance we ask for a £150 deposit per person. If booking within 4 weeks of arrival we ask for full payment. The balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- Bookings cancelled prior to 6 weeks before arrival are eligible for a full refund less a £30 admin fee per person.
- Bookings cancelled after 6 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the payment made. The package will be re-listed for sale and, if successfully sold, you will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount sold, up to 100% of the original price, but minus a £30 admin. fee per person.
- Bookings cancelled within 4 weeks from the date of arrival are not eligible for a full refund. The package will be re-listed for sale and, if successfully sold, you will receive a proportional refund up to 100% of the original price but again minus a £30 admin. fee per person.
- If Yogandspice has to cancel your booking or event every effort will be made to provide an alternative but if this is not possible a full refund will be given.
