Wellness diet and lifestyle week-ends start at £375 per person for a single room with shared bathroom
Treatments, in depth wellness consultations, and guided walks can be booked separately for Sunday p.m and participants are welcome to stay on and enjoy the beauty of Valley View until dusk.
For those wishing to stay for Sunday night there is a small extra charge of £35 per person to include a light supper and breakfast.
